I'm Matt Sephton, I have been Stand Up Paddle boarding for over 14 years. I am a trained, qualified and insured WSA (Water Skills Academy) SUP FOUNDATION INSTRUCTOR, WSA SUP ADVENTURE GUIDE, SUP SAFETY & RESCUE INSTRUCTOR, Level 3 ITC Outoor First Aider.

I have just retired as Firefighter/Sub Officer with the London Fire Brigade 4th August2024
