    A bit about me.

    I'm Matt Sephton, I have been Stand Up Paddle boarding for over 14 years. I am a trained, qualified and insured BSUPA (British Stand Up Paddle Association) Level 2 Instructor & WSA (Water Skills Academy) SUP Foundation Instructor, WSA SUP Adventure Guide, SUP Safety & Rescue Instructor, Level 3 ITC Outoor First Aider.

    I retired as a Sub Officer (30 years service) with the London Fire Brigade on 4th August 2024.
